25 days to mixed nationals!

as I am sure you are all aware Mixed nationals is 25 days away on april the 25th!!

this doesn't really leave that much time for training so should probably try get something organised! so in that vain i suggest:

Sunday 12th Rockfield 10am

should be plenty of notice so no excuses for not being there.

To adjust your list

-Deirdre is out, as Cork are sending their own team
-Bear plays for Jabba first.

If squad numbers stay under 12 then that squad will play as they are. If more than that number want to play then we'll have to come up with some way of picking a squad so that everyone gets a fair ammount of pitch time. As you can only play max 4 lads at a time I think that everyone will agree that people only getting to play 1 out of every 3 points is a bit ridiculous.


The way by which the squad will be chosen has yet to be decided. It might be dependant on attendance at training, or it may be possible to bring a large squad and divide the matches between people. So eveyone gets say 2 full games as opposed to playing a point or two in 4 matches. If anyone has any opinions on this please e-mail them to me, pollard(dot)louise (at) gmail (dot) com

mandy, sounds like a plan. i'm just lookin for a bit of a throw, not overly concerned about the conpetitive aspect but if we start doing well i think it should come down to training attendence since i think if we do it any other way would be very gay, but that is a commitee decision. also, trainin on easter sunday???? what, are ya mad? i want my chocolate!!!!!!

what dates would suit people for training?? we have light till about 8 o clock so would evening training during the week be better?

Would anyone be up for Easter Saturday or Good Friday training as there's nothing much else to do on Good Friday anyway!
