    Hey guys am in desperate need of a throw about. is anyone up for meeting up early enough 2mor to go for one? if so let me know am in work at 6 so if we could meet up at like 1 dat would be great!

    yeah im up for that aslong as it doesnt involve walking or running as my hip is fucked!!!! Smile haha.
