Got this message from David Perry in an email:
------------------------------------------------
Hi all,
Sorry for the lateness of this email. I'll keep it fairly brief (ie under 3,467 words).
After another lengthy hiatus, pick-up is back and will be going ahead tomorrow on the newly-recovered pitches in Herbert Park. Come along for a frenetically fantastic afternoon of frisbee-filled fun.
Also, I should correct what I said in the Weekly Report on Thursday- there's no skills clinic on tomorrow after all. Apologies.
Until next week,
-David

Sunday:
Sunday pick-up will be on at 2 pm in Herbert Park. Here's the pitch that we'll almost certainly be on. If not, we'll be on the one beside it.
If you've no idea how to get to Herbert Park, check out the Google Map link above or check out some more detailed directions here.
Broc and Chimpo will be training in the Park just before pick-up is scheduled to go ahead, so attendance should be very good and a decent game will be guaranteed.
---
Friday:
Open Club Sandwich have organised for a new pick-up game to be held on Fridays at 2.30 pm, in Rockfield Park in Artane. Here are directions from Connolly Station and from DCU.
It'd be great to get this session continuously running in future, and that depends on getting consistently high numbers out to it. Try make it if possible!
---
Gear:
You'll need both a dark and a white t-shirt. Please make sure you bring both so that the teams can be balanced out evenly!
You should also bring boots. Water and discs are also fantastic additions to your pick-up armoury.
---
Cancellations:
Pick-up is always on, without exception.
Exceptions include cases of high-velocity winds capable of dismembering trees, surprise monsoons and unplayable pitches.
If you're unsure whether pick-up will be on or not, ring 086 866 52 37 for a brief recorded voice message about what's happening. This message will be up one hour before the game is scheduled to go ahead.
